It’s becoming obvious to me that the text file approach to caching the SETI data is not working. In the next revision of the plugin I’ll use the database. It won’t happen before the end of the year. As I pointed out in earlier posts, I am currently deployed and it will still be a short wait before I get home and have time to revise the plugin. Until then, please be patient! I’ll get this baby running smooth … eventually.

Samuel, I am receiving the same error when I go to the Seti plug-in under “Settings”.The error is “not authorized to view this page”. I am using the latest WP version WordPress 2.8.4.

Sorry, I can’t help you debug this one. All development on this plugin is suspended until after the end of the year. I’m glad so many of you are enjoying it. I will revisit this plugin once I’m able to again.

Hey there, I’d love to give this plugin and widget a try, but when I go to the seti options, it tells me I am “not authorized to view this page”. I have set write permissions as well!
